At Indigenous North Star Collective, our work begins with a question:

What is your North Star?

For us, the Navajo North Star (Nahookos Biko’) is more than a guiding light. It is a teaching about direction, purpose, and responsibility. Our work is to guide people, organizations, and communities to reconnect to their own North Star: a shared vision that brings alignment, trust, and sustainability for future generations.
 

Too often, groups lose direction, schools misaligned with their purpose, nonprofits struggling with conflict, tribal governments pulled in too many directions, or companies entering tribal communities without understanding. Our purpose is to guide clarity, foster growth, and support self-determination by strengthening relationships and building the structures needed to thrive.

This is more than training. It’s about creating pathways that honor our people, our culture, and our future.
